I’m sure others have the same questions but hesitate to ask. For several years and many cruises, I have had an agent to whom I have been extremely loyal, but there have been recent indications of question, and I am getting concerned. I have talked on several occasions to Cruzunlimited, and I am very impressed by their attitude and professionalism.
I am so interested on being on the Marina Maiden and wanted to contact Cruz, but I don’t want to be unloyal to someone who I asked many months ago to keep an eye on when they would make the announcement for bookings. Then this last Friday I learned that my agent is not at her agency any more and someone else would be trying to do my booking. Not good. Not good at all. How would I ask Cruz to take care of this as I want a specific stateroom (or vicinity). I had planned on changing in the future anyway, but I was not going to hurt the feelings of the individual with whom I had been working.
I don’t want my loyalty to ruin my opportunity of getting the stateroom I want. Suggestions. thank you.
