"We normally deal with Marcy Jones to make our cruise reservations.
If we want to cancel a cruise, change cabin, or take advantage of a promotion or price change, she is always responsive, and very quick to accomplish everything. Once, with a cruise only a week away, we wanted a handicapped cabin because of an injury, and she obtained one right away.
A few times Marcy was traveling and could not take care of us, and she referred us to someone else at Cruzunlimited, and their service was also excellent.
Marcy stays on top of everything, and notifies us quickly of special offers and upcoming payments due.
We had tried other travel agents and had problems with all of them.
